We ship your order from our modern warehouse in the Netherlands. Delivery time: Netherlands: Before 23:00 = delivered tomorrow Belgium: Before 21:00 = delivered tomorrow Germany: 1-2 days Ordering at the weekend? Then your order is delivered on Monday.

What are the shipping costs?

Order for at least 50 euros? Then you enjoy free shipping. For orders under €50, a shipping contribution of €5.95 applies for the Netherlands and €6.35 for Belgium.

Can the Flower Bottle go in the dishwasher?

Cleaning advice: The VANN bottle is not dishwasher-safe. We therefore recommend always washing the bottle by hand. This extends its lifespan and prevents damage. In practice it is best to rinse the bottle straight after use and clean it thoroughly on a regular basis. Hand washing is also more effective than the dishwasher, which mainly cleans the outside – while it is precisely the inside that matters most to keep clean. Thorough cleaning Fill the bottle with a mixture of hot water and cleaning soda. Let it sit overnight and rinse the bottle several times the next day. This way the inside is as good as new again!

Is the bottle suitable for sparkling water?

Yes! The bottle is suitable for sparkling water. Please note that you use the normal or pour lid for this. The straw lid works too, but the high pressure can cause leakage.

Is a VANN water bottle free from harmful substances?

Yes, the VANN water bottle is 100% free from harmful substances such as BPA, DEHA and microplastics.

Is the VANN Flower Bottle leak-proof?

Correct, the VANN bottle is 100% leak-proof with the screw cap and the pour-and-carry lid. Advice We advise not using the straw lid when you put the bottle in your bag, as this can lead to leakage. Emphasis on can, because the straw lid does not leak easily. However, it can happen that the lid shifts when another object in your bag knocks against it. Preventing a wet bag is our priority, hence this advice.
