Before you choose
How long does the content stay cold?
With ice packs, the contents will stay cold for about 10 hours at an outside temperature of 22 °C. Exactly how long depends on how full the bag is and how often you open it: a full bag stays cold longer than a half-full one. If the bag is in direct sunlight, expect it to stay cold for less time.
Are there cooling elements included?
No, cooling elements are not included. The cool bag works with separate elements that you purchase separately. Put them in the freezer the night before, and they'll be ready in the morning.
Is the cooler bag leak-proof?
The lining is waterproof, so melted ice or condensation stays inside the bag. Liquid from a fallen bottle does not stop the bag, so close bottles properly.
How do I clean the cooler bag?
Do not remove the lining, but simply clean it with a damp cloth and a little mild soap. Leave the bag open until it is completely dry before storing it. Wipe the outside in the same way. Do not put it in the washing machine or dishwasher.
Which bag suits me?
That depends on the day ahead. The Lunch Bag is designed for a workday: your lunch and a bottle, taken to the office or on the go.
