The origin of VANN
In 2020, Thijs founded VANN, inspired by a trip to Costa Rica. On a beach full of plastic bottles, he saw an impressive initiative: a whale, built by locals from collected waste — as a symbol of awareness.
That image never left him and formed the basis for VANN: a brand that fights against disposable plastic and enables conscious choices.

What is the delivery time and from where do you ship my order?
We ship your order from our modern warehouse in the Netherlands.
Delivery time:
Denmark: 2-3 working days
Netherlands: Before 23:30 = delivered tomorrow
Belgium: Before 9pm = delivered tomorrow
Germany: 1-2 days
What are the shipping costs?
If you order for at least 380 kr, you will benefit from free shipping.
For orders under 380 kr we charge a contribution of 65 kr.
Can the Ultimate Bottle go in the dishwasher?
We recommend hand washing the products as this will extend their lifespan.
In practice, it is best to rinse the bottle after use and to clean it thoroughly regularly. Hand washing is more effective than using the dishwasher, because the dishwasher mainly cleans the outside, which usually does not get very dirty.
Deep cleaning
Fill the bottle with a mixture of hot water and cleaning soda. Let it sit overnight and rinse the bottle a few times the next day. This way the inside will be as good as new!
Cleaning tabs
For a thorough cleaning you can also use cleaning tabs. We offer sustainable bottle cleaning tablets in our webshop.
Is the bottle suitable for sparkling water?
Yes! The bottle is suitable for sparkling water.
Please note that you use the normal or pouring cap for this. The cap with straw can also be used, however, the high pressure can cause leakage.

Correct, the VANN drinking bottle is 100% leak-proof with the carrying cap and the pouring cap.
Advice
We advise not to use the straw cap when putting the bottle in your bag, as this can lead to leakage. This is with the emphasis on can, because the straw cap does not leak easily.
However, if another object in your bag comes into contact with it, the cap may start to move.
Our priority is to avoid a wet bag, hence this advice.
