At VANN we believe in quality and durability. Our products are designed to last a lifetime, and we fully support this with our warranty conditions. Please read these conditions carefully before submitting a warranty claim.
Our Guarantee
Lifetime warranty
Ultimate bottles, Ultimate shakers, Stainless steel coffee cups, Waterjug 3.8L and Stainless steel kids cups are covered by a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Defects within normal and appropriate use are eligible for repair or replacement. Where available, we use replacement parts to resolve defects.
100% Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 21-day satisfaction guarantee on all of our stainless steel products. If you are not satisfied with the quality, functionality or style of your product, you can contact us within 21 days.
Important conditions
Warranty conditions:
- Broken or leaking caps: If a cap is broken, do not send the bottle to us. Fill out a warranty claim and include a clear photo of the defect. If you do send the bottle to us, you will be responsible for the shipping costs to return it.
- Loss of insulating properties: Check the insulation by pouring boiling water into the bottle and feeling the outside after 5 minutes. Heat spots indicate a defect, which entitles you to replacement.
- Damage during shipping: Products damaged upon delivery are eligible for replacement. Please contact our customer service within 48 hours.
- Product Customizations: Bottles with engravings or customizations cannot be replaced
Exclusions from the warranty
Our warranty only covers manufacturing defects and does not apply to:
- Damage due to improper use, cleaning or modifications.
- Wear and tear from daily use.
- Damage caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as fire or natural disasters.
Warranty on accessories
Accessories
Accessories such as sleeve, carrying rope, bottle bag, cleaning products, straw stickers, caps, protective covers and other parts are not covered by our lifetime warranty. These products are covered by a limited warranty of 3 months from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects.
Manufacturing defects include defects such as cracks, breaks or deviations in functionality that arise within normal and appropriate use.
Wear and tear from everyday use or damage from improper use are not covered by the warranty.
Replacement parts
Replacement parts, such as caps or straws, can be purchased through our website. We do not offer a warranty on replacement parts unless they are defective upon receipt.
Repairs or replacements
If a warranty claim is approved, we will replace the accessory or part with the same model. If this is not available, we will offer a comparable option of equal value.
Warranty Conditions for Water Filters and Filtration Systems
Warranty Period and Coverage
- Water filtration systems (such as the RO G3P800 System and the Hot Water Dispenser with Water Filter):
- These systems come with a 2-year limited warranty from date of purchase, which covers manufacturing and material defects under normal residential use.
- Replacement Filters (such as Activated Carbon Filters and Reverse Osmosis Membrane Filters):
- These filters are covered by a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
- The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or reduced performance due to use.
Exclusions
The warranty does not apply to defects or damage caused by:
- Incorrect installation or use not in accordance with the instructions provided.
- Use of non-genuine VANN parts or filters.
- Neglect, improper maintenance or failure to replace filters in a timely manner.
- Commercial or non-domestic use.
- Accidental damage, misuse, modifications or external factors such as flooding or fire.
Maintenance and Replacement
- To ensure optimum performance, filters should be replaced regularly according to the recommendations in the user manual.
- Failure to follow recommended maintenance may result in reduced performance and may void the warranty.
Warranty Claim Procedure
- Registration: Please register your product on our website within 30 days of purchase to qualify for the warranty.
- Reporting a problem: Please contact our customer service as soon as a defect is discovered.
- Documentation: Please provide us with proof of purchase and, if possible, photos or videos of the problem.
- Return Instructions: If a return is necessary, you will receive specific instructions.
- Assessment and Action: After inspection, we will determine whether repair, replacement or another solution is appropriate.
Limitation of Liability
- VANN is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.
- Our maximum liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product.
VANN shall not be liable for any damage, loss or expense arising from a defective product, except as required by law.

This warranty does not affect the statutory rights of the consumer as set out in applicable law.
Claims process

- Judgement:
We will assess the claim and contact you within 24 hours.
- Returns:
If you are asked to return the product, you will receive specific instructions.
- Replacement or repair:
Upon approval, you will receive a new product of the same size and color. If it is no longer available, we will provide a similar replacement of equal value. Custom made products cannot be reproduced upon replacement.
Business orders
Products purchased for commercial purposes, such as bulk orders, are not covered by our standard warranty terms. Contact us for custom terms.
