Refund policy

You can exchange or return your order within 14 days of receipt. Products must be unused and intact. After registering your return, you have 14 days to send it back. For hygiene reasons we unfortunately cannot accept used items. As soon as we have received your return, you get a confirmation and your purchase amount is refunded to your account within 14 days.

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after the day of receipt without giving a reason. After cancelling, you have another 14 days to send your product back. You will then receive the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the cost of return shipping from your home to the webshop is at your own expense. This cost is approximately €7.25 per parcel; check your carrier’s website for the exact rates.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us with all supplied accessories and – where reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. Should the product be damaged, or the packaging damaged more than necessary to sell the product, we may charge you for the reduction in the product’s value. So handle the product with care and make sure it is well packaged for a return.

To exercise this right you can contact us via customersupport@vannbottles.nl. We will then refund the amount due within 14 days of you registering your return, provided the product is received back in good order.
