During my trip to Costa Rica I was confronted with beaches full of plastic waste , especially single-use plastic bottles. On one of these beaches, the local population did a project to create more awareness.
They cleaned up the beach and then made a whale from all the plastic bottles they found on the beach.
These people and their artwork led to the start of VANN. I am eternally grateful to them.

Our bulk production takes place in Zhejiang, a province in eastern China. Zhejiang is known for the export of various steel products.
