What are the shipping costs?

We offer fast and reliable shipping via DPD. Delivery across Europe takes 3–5 business days. Order for €75 or more and enjoy free shipping . For orders under €75, a shipping fee of €7.50 applies. All orders are shipped from our modern warehouse in the Netherlands, where your package is sustainably packed.

Can the Ultimate Bottle go in the dishwasher?

We recommend hand washing the products as this will extend their lifespan. In practice, it is best to rinse the bottle after use and to clean it thoroughly regularly. Hand washing is more effective than using the dishwasher, because the dishwasher mainly cleans the outside, which usually does not get very dirty. Deep cleaning Fill the bottle with a mixture of hot water and cleaning soda. Let it sit overnight and rinse the bottle a few times the next day. This way the inside will be as good as new! Cleaning tabs For a thorough cleaning you can also use cleaning tabs. We offer sustainable bottle cleaning tablets in our webshop.

Yes! The bottle is suitable for sparkling water. Please note that you use the normal or pouring cap for this. The cap with straw can also be used, however, the high pressure can cause leakage.
