Please note! Used items cannot be returned! Have you used your product but are you not satisfied? Please contact us and we will solve it for you.

You can exchange or return your order within 21 days of receipt. Products must be unused and in their original packaging. For hygienic reasons, we unfortunately cannot accept used items. As soon as we have received your return, you will receive a confirmation and your purchase amount will be refunded to your account within 5 working days.
