waren 2 kleine dingetjes aan maar dat heeft de klantenservice erg netjes en snel opgelost. Mijn complimenten voor de goede service! Het is een erg fijne fles zeker als je hem koopt met de accessoires erbij het is een goede fles van een goed bedrijf met een missie tegen plastic
Ik gebruik mijn VANN ook als bidon op de fiets.
Ik heb de 650ml en de 1000ml besteld. Mijn water blijft de gehele dag ijskoud zoals ik dat graag heb. Top met buiten in de warmte sporten! Met de 1000ml fles was wat mis en ik kreeg direct een vervanging toegestuurd. Snelle en zeer vriendelijke klantenservice! Ik vermoed dat ik mijn assortiment nog wel wat zal uitbreiden in de toekomst! Aanrader!
Ik waardeer deze drinkflessen, omdat ze sterk zijn en eventueel nieuwe doppen bij kunt bestellen. Daarnaast met ik klaar met die rotzooi van Temu enz.

Nowadays you see statements everywhere in the market, but unfortunately the products are often not tested in reality. Beware of this. VANN products are 100% free of BPA and other toxic substances and have actually been tested for this!
WHAT MATERIALS ARE USED?
The bottle is made of high-quality 18/8 stainless steel and finished with a powder coating. The
caps are made of safe plastic (PP). We also know polypropylene (PP) as the hard plastic type that can withstand heat very well and is reusable.
The bottles are extensively tested to ensure that no toxic substances are present. If they fail the test (which has never happened), they will be rejected and not sent to our warehouse

What is the delivery time and from where will you ship my order?
We ship your order from our warehouse in the Netherlands. Ordered before 10:00 PM = delivered tomorrow. Do you order on the weekend? Your order will then be delivered on Monday. For international orders, please check the "Shipping" tab.
Does VANN offer a warranty?
Yes! The products have a minimum 1-year warranty and we also offer a satisfaction guarantee. Not good = money back! No problem :).
Is the bottle suitable for sparkling water?
Yes! The bottle is suitable for sparkling water. Make sure you use the normal or pouring cap for this. The cap with a straw is also possible, but leakage may occur due to the high pressure.
Can a VANN Bottle go in the dishwasher?
Yes, VANN products are dishwasher safe. But we recommend washing the products by hand, as this increases their longevity. In practice, it is best to rinse the bottle after use and clean it thoroughly regularly. Washing by hand is more effective than using the dishwasher, because the dishwasher mainly cleans the outside, which usually does not get very dirty. To thoroughly clean the bottle, you can simply fill the bottle with a mixture of hot water and cleaning soda. Leave this overnight and rinse the bottle several times the next day. This way the inside will be as good as new again!

Yes, the VANN drinking bottle is 100% free of harmful substances such as BPA, DEHA and microplastics.
Is it necessary to tilt the bottle when drinking from the straw?
No! There is no need to tilt the bottle when drinking from the straw. Handy, for example in the car.

Is the VANN drinking bottle leak-proof?
Correct, the VANN drinking bottle is indeed 100% leak-proof with the carrying cap and the pouring cap. Our advice is not to use the cap with straw when you put the bottle in your bag, as this can lead to leakage. This is with the emphasis on can, because the cap with straw does not leak easily. However, when another object in your bag hits it, the cap may start to move. It is our priority to prevent a wet bag, hence this advice.

Since 2020
The idea of VANN
VANN was founded by Thijs in 2020. During his trip to Costa Rica, he was confronted with beaches full of plastic waste , especially single-use disposable bottles. On one of these beaches, the local population did a project to create more awareness.
They cleaned up the beach and then made a whale out of all the plastic bottles they found on the beach. These people with their artwork led to the start of VANN. VANN is eternally grateful to them.
